1. How do I order?
You can place an order directly on our website by selecting your favourite products, adding them to your basket, and proceeding to checkout.
We currently process all orders online through treatposeie.shop.
2. How long does delivery take?
We ship all orders with DPD Next Day delivery across Ireland.
Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 1 working day.
Please note: If you select a preferred delivery date, we’ll do our best to match it, but it cannot be guaranteed.
3. Which courier do you use?
We exclusively use DPD Ireland for all deliveries to ensure fast, reliable, and fully tracked next-day service nationwide.
4. I have a problem with my delivery, what should I do?

If your order is missing, delayed, or damaged, please contact us at info@treatposeie.shop with your order number and (if applicable) a photo of the issue.
Our team will liaise with DPD and resolve it as quickly as possible.
5. I have a discount code, how do I use it?
Enter your discount code at checkout and click “Apply” to activate it.
Only one discount code can be used per order.
6. The item I want is out of stock. How often do you restock?
We bake fresh batches Monday – Friday, so most flavours are restocked daily.
Click the “Notify Me” button on a product page to be alerted when it’s back in stock.
Please note: Some seasonal items may not restock weekly.
7. Is there a minimum order for delivery?
No minimum order applies — delivery is completely free on every order, no matter the value.
8. How much is delivery?
Delivery is 100% free on all orders, across the Republic of Ireland.
We do not charge any additional shipping or handling fees.
9. Can I purchase gift vouchers?
Yes! TreatPostie Gift Cards can be purchased online and sent directly to the recipient’s email — a perfect sweet surprise.
10. Can I order for corporate events?
Absolutely! We offer custom bulk orders for corporate gifts, events, and office treats.

11. I made a mistake with my order. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page or email.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll correct it right away.
If it has already been dispatched, re-shipping fees may apply.
12. Can I include a gift note?
Yes! Add your message in the “Order Notes” field at checkout, and we’ll include it with your order.
13. Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — we currently deliver within Ireland only using DPD Next Day delivery.
Ingredients & Dietary Information
1. Are your products vegetarian or vegan?
All products are suitable for vegetarians, except those containing marshmallows (e.g., Rocky Road or S’mores).
None of our products are vegan at this time.
2. Do you have gluten-free options?
Not currently. We do not have a separate gluten-free production area, so we cannot guarantee the absence of gluten.
3. Do you provide allergen information?
Yes. Each product page lists all ingredients and allergens.
The same information is also printed on the product packaging.
4. Do you use real butter or margarine?
We only use real butter and high-quality, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
5. Are your cookies made fresh?
Yes! Every batch is freshly baked for the best flavour and texture.
6. Do your cookies contain nuts?
Some of our products contain nuts.
While we take care to prevent cross-contamination, all products may contain traces of nuts.
7. Do you use pre-mixed cookie dough?
No. All dough is made in-house from scratch using our own recipes and premium ingredients.
8. How many calories do your products contain?
Storage & Freshness
1. Can cookies be frozen?
Yes. Our cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months.

2. How long do products last?
Please refer to each product listing for details.
We recommend enjoying fresh items within 1–2 days of receipt.
Each product includes a “best before” date, typically 5–13 days from delivery.
You can also freeze them for up to 3 months.
3. How should I store cookies or cookie pies?
Keep them in an airtight container, wrapped in cling film, or in their original packaging.
Store in a cool, dry place — refrigeration is not necessary.
Custom Orders & Gifts
1. Can I request no pricing information in a gift order?
Yes — gift orders never include pricing information.
Only a packing slip with item details is included.
2. Do you sell gifts?
